A complete overhaul and transformation of a walk-in-wardrobe!
The vision for my client’s, a very busy married couple with a young family, was to have an edited and well curated wardrobe that fitted in with their current lifestyles.
They also wanted any new systems to be easily functional and manageable.
I worked with them in November 2023, over 3 sessions, to help them edit their clothing and begin the process of organising the original space and layout.
In the initial phase, I switched up and changed allocated areas within the walk-in-wardrobe, which helped to create more efficient systems, for each of my client’s clothing needs.
In January 2024, they commissioned their builder to completely overhaul the walk-in-wardrobe, and create a bespoke and curated hanging and shelving system.
My client contacted me for advice, and I recommended a number of solutions based on how they were both using the space. My client wanted more shelving and less hanging rails.
I also recommended, a pull-out pantry-style unit to store their shoes. I’d previously worked with a client who had one in their built-in wardrobe. Doesn’t it look fantastic -so much storage!
The project took a total of 16 hours to complete, in four 4-hour Lifestyle Transformation sessions (including the initial 3 4-hour sessions in November). I took away over 20 bags of their good-quality clothing donations.
All of my client’s items are now easily accessible, visible and all have a designated home!
I enjoy introducing functional storage systems to manage my clients and their family’s organisational dilemmas, that are easy to maintain and support their daily lifestyles!
