Hey there

I’m Elizabeth

I’m a highly rated, accredited and experienced Professional Home Organiser! And I help homeowners like you to create spaces that are more than just organised – they’re intentional, beautiful but functional and designed to support a clean, mentally healthy lifestyle.

So how do I do that and what makes me an expert in what I do?

Well to be honest it’s ‘YOUR’ why, your vision, home and belongings. My job is to support you and motivate you to create the home and life you want!

I do this in 3 ways

I give you the insights and support to declutter, organise and style your home with confidence!

When it comes to streamlining and organising your home and life, simplicity is key. I help you create simple, sustainable systems that prioritise ease and longevity.

Simple doesn’t mean easy, it does mean I’m helping you to set up your home for long-term success.

I give you a clear path. Getting started no problem, ready to declutter and organise your home and life. I’ve got you!

I’m fully insured! I’ve a Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance policy with Westminster Global Insurance.

Styling and organising the kitchen

I plan and recommend bespoke storage and furniture solutions, that integrate seamlessly with your home’s natural flow.

The key is to streamline and simplify, using as and when needed, mindfully selected & straightforward storage solutions and labels.

I always source the best-priced, hard-working, sustainable, recycled, up-cycled, and eco-friendly storage solutions available.

These solutions not only enhance the beauty of a room but also make it easier to keep spaces tidy and organised.

When a space looks good, you’ll be motivated to keep it that way!

Styling the kitchen

I give you personalised support and motivation. You know that the success of an organised and chaos-free life mostly comes down to your mindset and habits. And I have had a lot of experience in helping people with this very thing. I equip you with the mindset tools and strategies to get there! But this is not a one size fits all. I take time to get to know you and how you like to work. This includes being mindful of your daily routines and lifestyle, so that we can get the most from our sessions!

In September 2024, I completed an ADHD training program with fellow APDO member Sarah Bickers, an ADHD expert and professional organiser with over 10 years of experience. This training deepened my understanding of the unique challenges ADHD clients face and how to support them in becoming more organised.

Clients often tell me it’s a relief to work with someone who truly gets their ADHD, Neurodiversity, and individuality. It’s an honour to be invited into your home and life, and I approach every project with sensitivity and respect for you and your belongings.

I’m here to listen, support you as your accountability coach, and make decluttering and organising as smooth and enjoyable as possible!

My Story!

I think at this point it might me helpful to share my story of how I became a professional home organiser and lifestyle consultant!

I’ve been professionally organising people’s lives for over 14 years! After earning my BA (Hons) in Spanish, I spent more than a decade honing my organisational and customer service skills as an Office & Events Manager in the corporate and Third Sector industries in the City of London.

While working full-time and planning my wedding, I earned my Master’s in Urban Regeneration!

In 2013, we relocated from Surrey to Suffolk with two young children under the age of three. Our new home needed to be completed renovated, my husband was working full-time and needed to commute to Essex for work. I had no transport, friends or additional support.

To say I was struggling is an understatement. When I was diagnosed with Postnatal Depression, the feelings of hopelessness and isolation were overwhelming. It was an incredibly challenging time that tested both my resilience and overall well-being.

I immersed myself in planning and organising our home renovation, which became a much-needed focus for me. Through this process, I discovered the incredible impact of spatial planning, along with selecting functional and stylish storage solutions and furniture. This experience made me realise that I had a passion and skill for creating beautifully organised spaces that are both practical and budget-friendly!

I started to read about professional organising and paid to do online training, join communities, memberships and masterminds in order to increase my knowledge in the sector.

Fast forward a few years, and I’m now the founder of The Lifestyle Organiser, a professional organising business that has been transforming homes and lives for over four years!

And like many individuals, I still lead a very full-on life! My children are a little older now—my daughter is a teenager, and my son is a tween with a packed social calendar. I’m still with my partner of 23 years, and together we continue to support our elderly parents.

I understand firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to manage a home and life. To keep my busy world running smoothly (and as stress-free as possible!), I developed simple, effective systems that work for my family and me. These systems were truly a game-changer! I still use them today and so does the whole family!

This is the reason why I decided to launch my professional home organising business, so I could share my expertise and experience in helping and empowering others to transform their homes, workspaces, and lives.

I’ve helped countless clients across Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex, and Norfolk, many of whom continue to work with me to this day. My services empower busy individuals to reclaim their time, peace of mind, and joy—while focusing on what matters most to them!

My Sustainability Mission

I’m committed to working sustainably and in minimising my environmental footprint on our beautiful planet!

I prioritise, when working with my clients, the use of eco-friendly techniques and the recommendation of sustainable and recycled products.

I’m always mindful of reducing the amount of waste that is processed during client sessions. My main focus is on reusing, repurposing, and recycling as much as possible.

Integral to my service, is that I take away for free, all good quality donations, which are distributed to local charities, in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. I work in partnership with responsible recycling clearance companies to takeaway and process all waste items.

I’m always exploring innovative methods to enhance the sustainability of The Lifestyle Organiser’s operations. To further reduce my own carbon footprint and CO2 emissions, I invested in the purchase of an electric car to travel to and from my client’s homes. Since making the switch to electric, in late 2023, I’ve saved over 1000kg of CO2!

In October 2024, I successfully completed the CPD Accredited ВТ Sustainability for Small Business programme with Small Business Britain.

Be the curator of your life. Slowly cut things out until you're left only with what you love, with what's necessary and with what makes you happy.
