How I Work With You in 4 Simple Steps!
- A FREE and confidential 30-minute introduction call and/or video consultation to discuss your home decluttering and organising needs.
- After our consultation, I’ll email you a tailored price proposal/quote, a copy of my T&Cs and my Privacy Policy.
- To secure our booking, I’ll require a non-refundable 50% deposit (per session). The deposit will be credited against each booking when invoiced.
- On the day of our session, I’ll arrive with my basic supplies; recycled rubbish bags, label makers etc, and at no extra cost, I’ll take away, if needed, a car load of good quality donations. Let the transformation begin!
The Process in More Detail…
The first step is a no-fee and confidential 30-minute introduction call or video consultation.
We’ll discuss the decluttering, organising, styling of your home, and/or your paperwork etc and how I can assist you to transform your home and life, either in-person or virtually.
On a video call, you can walk me through your space and show me the rooms/areas you would like to edit, organise and style. This is a great opportunity for you to get to know me better too!
Alternatively, you can email/message me photos and or videos of your space(s), so that when we talk, on the phone, I’ll have a clearer understanding of the project and your requirements.
After our consultation, I’ll provide an estimate and quote for each project, based on the information discussed and provided in our consultation/video call. This will be emailed to you promptly, with a copy of my Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
What happens once you confirm your session(s) with me:
In-home and or virtually: When you confirm a date and time, for your first in-home or virtual session(s) with me, to secure the booking, I’ll require a non-refundable 50% deposit (for each assignment). The deposit will be credited against each booking when invoiced. Please note, full payment for the remaining balance, is required 48hrs in advance of our first session.

I’ll incorporate your key objectives and always work to your vision, mindful of your daily routines and how you live in your home. It’s your space after all!
With the majority of my clients’, we work together as a team, alongside each other, when decluttering and organising a room and/or area in your home.
At the end of each session, I’ll make sure that the room/spaces I’ve worked in, are tidy, and all rubbish and recycling have been removed and placed in your allocated Black and Blue Bins etc. I’ll take away all your good quality donations, a car load, at no extra cost. It’s all part of my service!
