The first step is a no-fee and confidential 30-minute introduction call or video consultation.

Together, we’ll discuss decluttering, organising, and styling your home, or managing/processing your paperwork, to create a space that truly works for you. Whether in-person or virtually, I’m here to help you! I cover the areas of Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex and Norfolk.

On a video call, you can walk me through your space and show me the rooms/areas you would like to edit, organise and style. This is a fantastic opportunity to get to know me and explore how my services can help transform your home and life!

Prefer not to be on video? Simply take photos or videos of the spaces you’d like help with and send them to me before our consultation.

After our consultation, I’ll provide an estimate and quote for each project, based on the information discussed and provided in our consultation/video call. This will be emailed to you promptly, with a copy of my Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

What happens once you confirm your session(s) with me

In-home and or virtually: When booking your first in-home or virtual session, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be credited toward your final invoice. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 48 hours before our scheduled session.

I’m fully insured! I’ve a Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance policy with Westminster Global Insurance.

I plan and recommend bespoke storage and furniture solutions, that integrate seamlessly with your home’s natural flow.

The key is to streamline and simplify, using as and when needed, mindfully selected & straightforward storage solutions and labels.

I always source the best-priced, hard-working, sustainable, recycled, up-cycled, and eco-friendly storage solutions available. These solutions not only enhance the beauty of a room but also make it easier to keep spaces tidy and organised.

When a space looks good, you’ll be motivated to keep it that way!

I give you personalised support and motivation. You know that the success of an organised and chaos-free life mostly comes down to your mindset and habits. And I have had a lot of experience in helping people with this very thing. I equip you with the mindset tools and strategies to get there!

But this is not a one size fits all. I take time to get to know you and how you like to work. This includes being mindful of your daily routines and lifestyle, so that we can get the most from our sessions!

In September 2024, I completed an ADHD training program with fellow APDO member Sarah Bickers, an ADHD expert and professional organiser with over 10 years of experience. This training deepened my understanding of the unique challenges my ADHD/neurodiverse clients face and how to support them in becoming more organised.

As a mum of a neurodiverse teenager, who attends a specialist school for autistic children, I’ve gained practical insights, in how I support them to navigate their life and the unique challenges they encounter daily.

It’s an honour to be invited into your home and life, and I approach every project with sensitivity and respect for you and your belongings.

As your home organiser, I’m here to listen, support you as your accountability coach, and make decluttering and organising as smooth and stress-free as possible!

We work together methodically, body doubling, room by room, to create calm, and clutter-free spaces. At the end of each session, your home is left tidy, and a carload of good-quality donations removed at no extra cost.
